      This day trip begins with a one hour drive through some of the most scenic panoramas in Bali, rice terraces with a backdrop of Mt. Batukaru, through old Balinese villages perched on ridges.
Munduk is one of these villages that lies on a steep road up the mountain from Mayong, it continues to Lake Tamblingan. We will visit the Munduk waterfall.
Munduk is a quiet village with some interesting music gamelans and the famous Gong Gebyar.
 

  Lake Tamblingan sits on the northern side of Gunung Batukaru, one of the largest volcanoes in Bali.

The driver will then take you to Lake Bratan at Bedugal, you will enjoy the panorama of the lake especially the Temple, Pura Ulun Danau, perched on the lake.

You will then have the opprtunity for lunch by the lake, after lunch a visit to the Kebun Raya Botanic Gardens makes this a very special daytrip.

Enjoy Tabanans Traditional villages and Rice fields on the way back to Bali Mountain Retreat.
