Bali sits 8 degrees south of the equator. This factor means that the climate is tropical and the year round temperatures do not vary that much.
Bali has 2 seasons, wet(Nov-Mar) and dry (Apr-Oct). During the wet season daytime temperatures will be around 34C at the coast, with early morning and late afternoon showers. At this time of the year the humidity level is high.
During the dry season the temperature steadily cools off until about August, with cool mornings and evenings, lower daytime temperatures (around 32C) and lower humidity.
Visitors who come during the wet season should note that days can still be sunny and that cloudy skies often clear to reveal scorching sunlight.
