How you can help support Balinese Music.
You can become a supporter of this Balinese music recording project.
When Musikaal studio records a group of musicians in Bali, it is usually in a small village with a mobile studio setup , (this includes Protools on a macintosh system, up to 15 microphones and stands etc, to get the best possible quality recording.)
Musikaal believes the group of musicians should get a fee for their commitment to the music , as well as some food and drinks.
Unfortunately, after some 45 recordings with no sponsorship the funds available have dried up.
Musikaal would like to continue to record this valuable library and is looking for support from music lovers worldwide. $280 Australian is all that is needed for each recording to be possible, this covers the fee, some fuel and food costs.
Of course your support would be appreciated with a statement on the CD and website, becoming a Bali music supporter.
